Non-Custom Print-to-Order and Standard Artwork: Under EU law, you have the right to return non-custom print-to-order items or standard artwork within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, without giving a reason. Please contact us to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Custom or Personalized Print-to-Order Artwork: Custom-made or personalized print-to-order items (e.g., prints with specific sizes, finishes, or framing) are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty Artwork: All artwork, including print-to-order items, is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee. If your item is defective or not as advertised, contact us within 2 years of receipt for a repair, replacement, or refund.
